1945년, 한반도는 긴 어둠을 지나 마침내 첫 번째 빛을 맞이했습니다. 그날 이후부터 2025년에 이르기까지, 우리는 해마다 새로운 빛을 마주하며 광복의 시간을 이어왔습니다. 그렇게 세월이 흐르고 시대가 쌓이며, 어느덧 여든 번째 빛이 우리 앞에 도달했습니다. 여든 해 동안 차곡차곡 쌓여온 수많은 빛들이 모여, 지금 우리가 서 있는 오늘을 비추고 있다는 의미를 담았습니다.

In 1945, the Korean Peninsula emerged from a long period of darkness to greet its first light.

From that day forward, each passing year has brought with it a new light, continuing the time of liberation. As the years flowed and generations built upon one another, the 80th light has now arrived before us. This piece conveys the idea that countless rays of light, accumulated over eighty years, now come together to illuminate the present moment in which we stand.
